Ms. Nancy's Most Recent Read

I wanted to share with everyone a book that I just read, Twilight, written by Stephenie Meyer and published in 2005. This novel brings a very human side to the dark, bloody world of vampires. Bella Swan moves to the town of Forks, Washington, and feels a strange attraction to Edward Cullen, a fellow student and mysterious member of a local prominent family. As Bella learns more about Edward, she decides she wants to be with him forever. Edward constantly struggles with keeping Bella safe from himself and his "family." I liked this book so much that I'm now reading the sequel, New Moon. If you like intense (but not too scary) and suspenseful stories, check out Twilight.

Feel free to post your comments about this book or any other than you're read.
