Club Anime! (ages 12-19)
Saturday, January 10 from 4-5:30 p.m.
It's viewers' choice on Saturday! Club members will have a choice of enjoying 3 episodes of School Rumble Season 2, Last Exile, Bleach, or Clamp's X.

Tuesday, January 13 from 4-5:30 p.m.
Bring in the New Year with a trivia contest! The Anime trivia contest will be available at the Reference Desk. Prizes will be posted on this blog. Join Ms. Tama for episodes of Mushi-shi in January.

Heavy Metal hits John's Island Regional Library! (grades 6-12)
Wednesday, January 14 from 3-5:30 p.m.
Come after school to see Iron Man starring Robert Downey, Jr. as your favorite billionaire superhero (rated PG-13, 126 minutes). Tell us about your favorite hero from a book by posting to this blog entry or our MySpace page (http://www.myspace.com/jita29455) for a chance to win a gift card. Contest starts January 1 and ends January 31. Winner will be announced on our blog and MySpace sites on Monday, February 2.

Wired (grades 6-12)
Wednesdays, Jan. 21 & 28 from 3:30-4:30 p.m.
Teens get wired-up for fun and games @ the library! Enjoy board games, card games, and more on Wednesdays in 2009.

Play online games with your friends! All teens must have library cards with Internet access. Participation in this program does not count against your two computer sessions per day. Space is limited. Preference will be given to new teens for the second session.

Tuesday, March 11, 4-5:30
Join us for episodes of Peach Girl and Tsubasa Chronicle. You will have a chance to vote for April's viewing schedule and share your ideas about an Anime Art contest. The lastest newsletter will be available, too!

Hang out with your friends after school, play games, listen to music, and just have fun!
